After toning your skin, apply it using your hands or a cotton round, tapping it gently onto your face and neck. You'll need a very small amount of product, as a little goes a long way. You can also add 2-5 drops to your moisturiser or foundation for that extra hydration when your skin is feeling particularly dry.
