The balm also has Chinese bellflower extract, rich in high-antioxidant flavonoids. And there's more: it contains panthenol, which helps hydrate the skin so the cleanser doesn't dry it out, but quite the opposite.

Using the spatula, take a small amount of the balm and let it melt in your fingers for a few seconds. Gently massage it onto your dry face until all makeup is dissolved. Rinse the balm with warm water, and then proceed with the second step of the Korean double cleansing method.
