How do I join the loyalty program
It's very easy! When you already have a MiiN account, you automatically are part of the MiiN Rewards loyalty programme. Don't you have a MiiN account yet? Create an account now and by doing so you will join the MiiN Rewards programme as well.
How does the loyalty program work and what advantages does it have?
Our loyalty programme gives you exclusive access to discounts and benefits of the Korean beauty world. At MiiN 1€ equals 5 points. With every 500 or 1000 points you will receive a voucher that you can use with your next purchase. When you are part of the MiiN programme you enter the first level "Nim". With every purchase you accumulate further points and when you reach 2000 points you move to the next level "Chingu" where you will have access to unique benefits such as early access to product launches, a surprise gift and a free delivery coupon. Finally, when you reach 4000 points, you move to the final level "Best friend" where you will have even more benefits such as early access to our SALE and multiple free delivery coupons.
How can I go to the next level?
With every € you spend you receive 5 points. When you have accumulated 2000 of these purchase points, you will move to the next level. When you have accumulated 2000 more (so a total of 4000 points) you will move to the final level. Only purchase points count towards reaching a next level, points accumulated by other activities such as signing up for the newsletter, following us on Instagram or referring your friends count towards vouchers. Make sure that you are logged into your account when you do any of the activities as we can only assign points to our logged in clients.
I don't see the points of my last purchase, what do I do?
Don't worry! The points you earn with your purchases normally show immediately, but sometimes there's a little delay. If the points don't show after 24 hours have passed, please send us an email with your order ID so that we can check why the points don't show. You can reach us at info@miin-cosmetics.com.
How can I check my points balance?
You can login to your MiiN account and click on "MiiN Rewards" to go your Rewards account and see your points, benefits and what level you're at.
How can I redeem my points?
When you have accumulated enough points, you will receive an email informing you that you have enough points for a voucher. You can then login to your MiiN account, click on "MiiN Rewards" and request a voucher. Once you have requested a voucher, this will be sent to you via email and the points used will be deducted from your points balance.
